These Terms of Service govern your use of SubVu.

By creating an account or using SubVu, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 16 years old to use SubVu. You are responsible for account security and activity under your account.
2. Service description
SubVu helps you track subscriptions and recurring costs. Multi-currency totals may use third-party reference exchange rates for convenience. Those conversions are approximate and may not match rates applied by your bank, card issuer, or other institutions. Features may change over time.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse SubVu, including unlawful use, unauthorized access attempts, interference with service security, or prohibited reverse engineering.
We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations.
4. Payments and subscriptions
If paid features are offered, billing is handled through Apple App Store mechanisms where applicable. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are subject to Apple terms and platform rules.
5. Availability and updates
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Intellectual property
SubVu and related branding, software, and content are owned by or licensed to us. You receive a limited right to use the app for personal lawful use.
7. Disclaimer
SubVu is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. SubVu is a tracking tool and does not provide financial, tax, legal, or investment advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Where liability cannot be excluded, liability is limited to amounts paid for SubVu in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using SubVu at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or where required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
10. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Exclusive venue for disputes is the competent courts in Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is posted at https://subvu.co/terms. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice.
